Shipping policy

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, we are not responsible for incomplete addresses, deliveries to other mailboxes or delayed in the delivery You must file a claim directly with USPS and fallow proper procedures.

If an order is returned due to an incomplete address, the customer must pay the shipping cost again. We do not issue refunds.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and are determined by the postal service, not by Hygeia Naturals.
