Due to the nature of the product, we cannot process a return. However, if you are unhappy with your soap or with your Hygeia products, please contact me directly and I will do my best to assure your satisfaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with a photo of the item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
